Menus

A Menu is the digital menu of your business — the page your customers see when they scan your QR code or open your link.

Creating a menu

Go to Menus → New Menu. Choose which business it belongs to, give it a name, and adjust the slug if needed. The slug forms part of the public URL so keep it short and clear.

In most cases, one menu per business is the right approach. Organise your items into sections within it (e.g. Starters, Mains, Drinks) rather than creating separate menus for each category. Multiple menus make sense only if you need truly distinct offerings — for example a separate takeaway menu with different items or pricing.

Sections

Products are not added to a menu directly — they are organised into sections. A section is a named category inside your menu (e.g. Starters, Mains, Desserts) that holds an ordered list of products.

You can reorder sections and the products within them by dragging them into position. Customers see the menu exactly in the order you set.

Example structure

My Menu
→ Starters
Bruschetta · Soup of the Day
→ Mains
Grilled Salmon · Pasta Arrabiata
→ Drinks
House Wine · Soft Drinks

Visibility

Each menu has a Publicly Visible toggle. When it is off, the menu is not accessible to customers — useful while you are still building it out. Turn it on when it is ready to go live.

A menu is only visible to customers when both the menu and its parent business have the Publicly Visible toggle turned on.

Sharing your menu

Once your menu is live you can share it in several ways — copy the direct link from the menu page, generate a QR code to print on tables or packaging, or add the link to your social media bio. See QR Codes for more details.
