Online Ordering

A convenient way for customers to browse your menu, build their order, and share it with a waiter or staff member — no app, no account, no friction.

How it works

When Online Ordering is enabled, your menu page shows a cart. Customers can tap through your menu, add items — with their preferred variants and customisations — and build up their order at their own pace.

Once they are happy with their selection, they show or share the order with a waiter or staff member who takes it from there. There is no payment processing, no kitchen connection — it is simply a smarter, more convenient way to collect and communicate an order.

Example: A customer joins a queue at a busy restaurant, scans the QR code on the menu board, and builds their full order while waiting. By the time they reach the counter, their order is ready to go — they just show it to the staff member and it is done in seconds.

Enabling ordering

Go to your business settings and toggle Online Ordering on. The cart will immediately appear on your public menu page for customers to use.

Variants & customisations

When a customer adds a product that has variants or modifier groups, they are prompted to make their selections before it goes into the cart. This way the staff receives a fully detailed order — the right size, the right extras, no back-and-forth.
