Getting Started

Quick Start

Setup steps

1

Create your account

Head to the Sign Up page and register with your email address or continue with Google. With Google, you are signed in immediately — no extra steps.

If you register with email and password, you will receive a verification email — click the link inside to activate your account. Once done, you land on your Dashboard, which gives you a bird's-eye view of your entire operation.

2

Create your first business

Navigate to Businesses → New Business. Fill in the essentials:

  • NameYour venue's public name.
  • SlugA URL-safe identifier — auto-generated from the name, but you can customise it.
  • TypeRestaurant, Café, Bar, or Retail Store.
  • Default CurrencyUsed for all product pricing.
  • Default LanguageThe primary language your menu is served in.

You can add branding (logo, cover image), operating hours, location, and social links at any time from the Edit Business page.

3

Add your first menu

Go to Menus → New Menu. Choose the business it belongs to, give it a name and slug, and toggle Publicly Visible on so customers can see it.

In most cases, one main menu works best — organise your items into sections like Starters, Mains, and Drinks within it. Multiple menus are available if you need truly separate offerings (e.g. a distinct takeaway menu).

4

Add products

Open Products → New Product. Select the business that owns the product, give it a name, set a base price, and upload at least one image.

For items that come in multiple sizes or options (e.g. small/medium/large), use Variants. For add-ons and customisations (e.g. extra toppings), use Modifier Groups.

5

Add products to your menu

Once products are created, open your menu and add them. Inside the menu editor, create a section (e.g. Starters), then add the products you want to appear in that section. Repeat for each section.

Products exist independently of menus — the same product can appear in multiple menus and sections without duplication.

5

Share your menu

Your digital menu is now live. Share it with customers by:

  • — Copying the direct URL from the Business page.
  • — Generating a QR code from the business settings and printing it on tables or receipts.
  • — Adding the link to your social media bio or website.
Enable Online Ordering in your business settings to let customers place orders directly through the menu page. See Online Ordering for more details.
